    The reception staff are friendly and the reception room is large and fairly clean.

    Nice atmosphere , nice staff... RIDICULOUS WAITING TIMES ! Get your act together! Seriously , an hour waiting time from the initial appointment time ! Just wow .

    In both of my visits there appeared to be only 1-2 doctors on.

    My first appointment, the doctor was running 1hour 15mins late. The receptionist did not mention this when I came in - if she did I could have done some shopping whilst waiting.

    For my follow up appointment I thought I would book an early morning appointment (9.30am) so as to minimise potential wait times, yet he doctor was running 35mins late. Already. There booking system needs an overhaul. I won't be returning.
