  I called for a quote on a service for my car and the gentleman who answered was terribly unhelpful. I finally got a price and when I asked what they did in the service his exact words were ‘not much really’. This put me off straight away. Needless to say I won’t be booking in.

  You are bound to get unhappy customers at some point, but this place has no customer service and bad after sales support. I was told to come back if I have any trouble but they did not mean it.

  called for a quote on tyres - the lady i spoke with seemed to not understand that i wasnt chasing the same size tyres that my car has. even after a few minutes of explaining this. turns out they do not stock a very common BF tyre anyway. waste of my time.

  All I asked when I dropped my car off at 11am, is let me know if it will be ready today or tomorrow so I can organise a lift to work.., not a phone call, don’t take your car here if you want real service
