  There is no above and beyond customer service here. Heads up Jb Hi Fi, If a product does not work its your problem, do not make the customer wait while you arse around with it, Then send them away cause it was purchased from a different store. What a Joke. The only helpful staff member you have is the girl with brunette Hair and ripped jeans. If you bother to read this make her the manager and you may get better reviews. As your current manager knows nothing about dealing with people. I have never done a review so this is how pissed i am. Remember what your store is built on.

  Absolutely amazing service from Sami, crystal and the lady who works at the Brisbane warehouse. (Sorry I forget her name) went absolutely above and beyond. I'm stoked. It's so great to see this level of customer service. Thank you so much

  Shop was easy to locate. Staff were very nice and helpful. Would shop there again.

  Walked passed the same guy 5 times and he didn't acknowledge me at all! All other staff were too busy talking to other employees rather than helping customers! You guys have one job? So do it right.

  The only reason I gave you this store 2 stars is because of your highly, well mannered security guy! That actually acknowledges people while they walk in and out.
