  I have been going to this medical centre for quite a while now and I recommend my doctors here to everyone. They are professional and compassionate, and have been very apologetic when emergency patients needed to jump the queue.

  Always able to get in to see my doctor at a days notice. Reception staff are extremely helpful and approachable. Have never had to wait more than 15minutes for my appointment.

  When ever anyone in my family is sick we always come here, the doctors are fantastic, very knowledgeable and they care about your well being, they always take the time to do a thorough examination. Very happy with the services here and will keep coming back.

  Extremely welcoming and friendly environment. Dr Nagaraj Dupakuntla (Raj for short) is an amazing doctor, very caring and invested in his patients. I would definitely recommend this practice.

  The reception staff are warm and kind, even when I call trying to move appointments around. They do what they can to help and show incredible patience and understanding.

  Horrendous, booked appointment for 2.20pm and arrived early to fill in paperwork. At 3.00pm I approached staff and was told the Dr I was to see had been held up with current patient but I'd be next. At 3.20pm, 1 hour post appointment, I interrupted the staff chat at the counter and asked to cancel my appointment as it was 1 hour late. Only then was I asked "would you like to see another Dr?". I said no thanks I won't be attending this clinic again. Patients are invisible to the staff at this place except for the stares I got from them when my 2 year old got loud when he became cranky at waiting. I don't think they should call this clinic Priority Health there was very little display of any priority during the time I wasted there.
