  Store seems understaffed at times and too small for the traffic it gets. When I was in the there to get my passport done I waited patiently in the only queue for a very long time. Than a staff member says they will do passports in another queue on the far left. People from the back of the queue rush over leaving me who was further down the main queue to reassemble behind the new queue for passport. The staff member should have asked first who was in the queue for passports and should have made them form a line in the order of the main queue. So unprofessional and cause such anger to myself an others ahead in the main queue. Staff need common sense and training, not I don't give a damn attitudes.

  Gave my parcel out to someone else! Also when I went to get my parcel asked for no I.d hence how my parcel was given out to wrong person!!

  Nice new Australia Post Outlet with Parcel Lockers. Friendly staff but understaffed. Expect long wait times.
